Skyllo Partner Program Policy

1. Overview

The Skyllo Partner Program (“Program”) is an affiliate and referral-based incentive model for Indian citizens, governed under Indian law. By registering as a partner with Skyllo Digitech Private Limited (“Company”), you (“Partner”) agree to the following legally binding terms.

2. Eligibility

• The Program is open to individual Indian citizens aged 18 years or older.
• Partners must provide valid identification (PAN Card and Aadhar) and verified Indian bank account details.
• Partners must not be employees or direct contractors of Skyllo.

3. Commission and Profit Sharing

• Partners will receive 30% of the net profit generated from purchases (product or subscription) made by users referred by them.
• “Net profit” is defined as the final profit amount after deducting all applicable taxes, transaction fees, operating costs, commissions, discounts, and any other applicable deductions.
• Partners must refer users via a unique referral link or code. Untracked purchases will not be counted.
• Profits earned will be visible on the partner dashboard once the referred transaction is successfully completed and past any refund window (typically 7–10 days).

4. Payment Terms

• The Partner can generate a withdrawal request once their approved profit earnings reach a minimum threshold of ₹3000 INR.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to manual verification and approval by Skyllo.
• Approved payments will be processed within 24–48 business hours of request approval.
• Payments will be made to the Partner’s verified Indian bank account via NEFT/IMPS/UPI.
• The Company will deduct applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per the Income Tax Act, 1961.
• A TDS certificate (Form 16A) will be issued quarterly or annually to the Partner’s registered email.

5. Responsibilities and Restrictions

• Partners are responsible for lawful promotion and must not use spam, misleading advertising, or impersonation tactics.
• Skyllo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner account for suspected misuse or violation of terms without prior notice.
• Any false or fraudulent activity will result in the forfeiture of pending earnings.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or in connection with this Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• The courts at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters related to this agreement.

7. Amendment of Terms

Skyllo Digitech Private Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Partner Program at any time without notice. All changes will be reflected on this policy page.
